For over 40 years OOO «Elektrotekhnicheskiy zavod» has been manufacturing single-phase and three-phase transformers with capacity from 20 VA to 100 kVA.

Transformers produced by the plant are used in various industries of the Russian Federation. The series of transformers POBS, ST, SOBS, PRT-A are used in auto-blocking and signaling systems on Russian railroads and subways of Russia and CIS countries.

Three-phase TSZI transformers and single-phase OSM transformers with ratings from 0.5 to 100 kVA are used for local lighting and control circuit power. Their parameters are close to those of similar transformers of foreign companies, but they are much cheaper than the latter.

Vacuum impregnation of coils with a magnetic core is a very important technological process that affects the service life of transformers in various climatic conditions. Electrical insulation varnish is used for impregnation. After impregnation the coils are dried at 105 °C.	Magnet wire is manufactured by means of non-waste stamping at the press-automatic machine section made in Germany. Stamps and other special tooling are designed by the company's engineers and manufactured at its own site..

We have mastered production of transformers for cathodic protection of gas pipelines, power supply of elevator control circuits.

Advanced technologies and domestic equipment are used in the production of transformers: argon welding of the magnetic core, winding of coils on rotor machines, vacuum impregnation of the active part of transformers, which ensure high quality and reliability of transformers.

All products manufactured by the plant are periodically tested and certified.

Conveyor of the winding section, the products of which - finished coils are subjected to 100% control on a special stand.	Welding of transformer magnetic core in argon was mastered in 1990. This technological process allows to reduce the manufacturing time of transformers, but in turn requires more accurate and high-quality manufacture of the magnetic core of high-quality electrical steel.

Over the past few years, the plant has not received any complaints about the quality of its products.

All transformers are produced with a combination of primary and secondary winding voltages stipulated by the standards.

At the same time, we can produce transformers with any combination of voltages at the customer's request.
